ISO 9001

We have been applying the norm ISO 9001, a rule that comes from the world of industry and is designed to correct errors (technically to ensure the quality).
This rule requires that we define the important processes in the management of the institute and provides us with the means to keep them under control.
On the other hand, it is quite usual these days to manage schools and companies by means of the main processes. (PMS Process Management System).  Each of these processes is managed by a working group, which correct errors and apply constant improvement.
