EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management)
The European model proposes the excellence in management for any type of organization looking for it. It was created in 1989 by 14 European companies concerned at that time by this issue.
It is understood as a management that covers all areas of each organization, where there are 4 different segments that must be satisfied to the maximum:
.- Customers, users or consumers of the product or service that the organization offers. They say what it is valid or not.
.- The employees of the organization. Their satisfaction will have an impact on both quality and improvement of the organization.
.- The shareholders. They seek a return to their contribution.
.- The social environment where the organization is located. This organization also benefits from its smooth running.
